It would be able to carry out measuring function during the running of a vehicle according to its on-going speed, tyre diameter, tyre width, tyre number, and wheelbase, as well as the distance between the wheels and the real weight. By inputting the measured data into computer and comparing it with pre-stored technical parameters, characteristics and rated weight of the same kind of a standard vehicle, the illegal quantity of overload and modification of vehicle may be found timely. At the same time, the number of licenses tag, overload quantity, measuring site, data and time can be timely recorded then would immediately send off a stop signal to the vehicle.
