Overview

Recently, Shanghai has become one of the major international commercial hubs. As one of the most dynamic cities in the Far East, the strategic importance of Shanghai has been not only within the sphere of ever growing financial capital volume, but also the momentum of international trade.

It is estimated that proportion in respect to direct financing capitals would account for about 20 to 25% of the total volume of the domestic market in China by the year 2010; while total trade volume of the financial market would reach a higher level at around RMB 70,000 to 80,000 billion, which tends to encourage international and institutional investors to enhance their strategic investments in those industries and sectors with attractive prospects, and at the same time those domestic firms to go abroad for the exploitation of the overseas market.

In order to facilitate cross region or cross border investments and financings, provide a platform for direct negotiation, and also promote the development of the domestic firms which intend to go overseas, whereas by focusing on the real needs of firms and government bodies, we are going to: (1) make a sufficient preliminary preparation and ensure capital pipeline process and one-to-one peer matching arrangement, and follow up services; (2) provide the guiding service on the flow of foreign capitals as operating in China for a win-win situation on both sides of investors and project initiators.
